We offer a 7-day refund or replacement policy, starting from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
- The product must be reported within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description of the issue.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any refund or replacement.
This video must clearly show the condition of the package upon arrival and the product inside.
- Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to process your refund or replacement request.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide the unboxing video along with your order details.
- Upon verification, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement as per your preference.
Refund Processing & Timeline

Refund requests are processed within 3 working days after successful verification of the issue.
- The actual refund will be credited within 7 working days after processing.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method:
- For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking), the amount will be refunded to the same account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must submit valid bank account details for the refund to be processed.
Important Notes
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received for a replacement or refund.
