We will accept return and replacement with 7 days of delivery, once we received the replacement product, we will deliver replaced product within 7 days.


7-Day Refund or Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day refund or replacement policy, starting from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • The product must be reported within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description of the issue.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any refund or replacement.
    This video must clearly show the condition of the package upon arrival and the product inside.
  • Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to process your refund or replacement request.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide the unboxing video along with your order details.
  3. Upon verification, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement as per your preference.

Refund Processing & Timeline

  • Refund requests are processed within 3 working days after successful verification of the issue.
  • The actual refund will be credited within 7 working days after processing.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method:
    • For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking), the amount will be refunded to the same account.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must submit valid bank account details for the refund to be processed.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received for a replacement or refund.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return or refund if the conditions above are not met.
